Temporary accommodations in Lagos were the same as used
by Parliament when in session. During our 2 weeks in-country orientation we
had ample opportunity for making friends, sightseeing, and shopping.

The Aiyo Festival in Lagos could be an unnerving experience,
at least for those intimidated by the stick-wielding and ghostly-garbed participants
or the towering fellow on stilts.
